Inside Sales Coordinator
The Sales Coordinator provides technical and advanced administrative support for the Sales department. Must be a team player with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
REPRESENTATIVE DUITES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Track and report on sales programs including response and conversion rates.
Prepare a variety of weekly and monthly reports to support the sales team.
Compile monthly sales scorecard for sales management.
Responsible for in-house rebate processing, including but not limited to, tracking all submitted rebates, verifying their status and eligibility, contacting contractors in the event of a discrepancy, processing check payments through PeopleSoft and the Check File process and serving as point of contact for answering customer and dealer questions relating to the program.
Maintain builder / developer agreement database.
Perform Gas Request tasks such as entering gas loads, entering customer contact information and creating BCA’s.
Arrange meeting logistics (e.g., schedules meetings, reserves meeting space, orders refreshments/audio visual equipment or other materials); monitors and follows-up on meeting requests, sends reminders, and other communication as required.
Send form letters and/or mass mailings to customers, upon customer or new business representatives' request.
Processes and tracks vendor invoices to ensure payment; tracks invoices paid for budget reconciliation and planning.
Support sales management in identifying new customers, markets, and applications for natural gas and assesses the business impact of those implications.
Provide research assistance for strategic planning and business development efforts.
Manage employee program designed to encourage lead generation and topline growth.
Be proficient in a number of company systems to include Mobile GIS, GCMA, WMIS, and Gas Request.
Perform DDDC recalculations in GCMA.
Manage the Atlanta Gas Light International Builders Show Event attendee list through mailing invitations, tracking/compiling reservations and creating attendee name tags /check-in list.
Make customer calls for account executives and create BCAs on an as-needed basis, provide coverage for account executives during planned and unplanned absences.
Take part in monthly Gas Foodservice Equipment Network (GFEN) conference calls.
Responsible for leading Retention & Information Management (RIM) program for department.
Provides general administrative support to the sales department.
Maintains several databases and spreadsheets to support the sales team.
Responsible for special projects, as requested.
Other duties as assigned in support of company growth.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
BA/BS degree with 2-3 years applicable experience
Or equivalent combination of academic education and experience
- Natural Gas industry experience with 2-3 years sales, construction, or GIS experience
Advanced Microsoft office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
Must be able to independently set priorities of tasks amongst multiple assigned projects.
Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to work with all levels within the organization.
Ability to effectively sell, listen, and communicate with customers.
Superior organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
