Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED (education will be verified).

  • Ability to interpret field provided documents and service reports.

  • Knowledge and ability to view and understand parts manuals used for parts research.

  • Experience with web-based vendor portals and ordering systems.

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word and Excel.

  • Must be able to work in front of computer screens for extended periods of time.

  • Knowledge of the commercial/industrial generator service industry a plus (either as a generator technician or parts specialist).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

  • Excellent customer support, follow up and service skills
