Description

The Account Manager is responsible for the overall management of select customers, including day-to-day administrative activities and overall customer service management. This is a non-exempt, non-commissioned administrative position.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day communication of assigned accounts via telephone, email and vendor portals.

  • Coordinate with Regional Teams to resolve problems, facilitate solutions and enhance the customer service experience.

  • Provide secondary support to other team members in the performance of job duties, as required.

  • Work closely with Department Manager and Director of Account Management in developing processes, procedures and strategies related to the Account Management Department.

  • Communicate contracted Scopes of Work to the Service Team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of account management experience is required.

  • Demonstrates impeccable customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office. Ability to learn and become proficient in company ERP system

  • Ability to manage workload issues with strict deadlines and attention to detail.

  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
