Contract Management Specialist I, II, Sr.
Contractor Management Specialist I – Exempt 4 requires a minimum 1-2 years of equivalent time/experience in safety, quality, operations or compliance related field. An associate degree with business, engineering, construction or project management emphasis is preferred.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employee receives clear instructions from supervisor regarding what to do and how to do it.
Tasks follow set guidelines or procedures.
Employee must consider alternative courses of action and then make a decision after considering the options.
Employee has the authority to make significant choices and decisions, without specific guidance or direction from the supervisor.
Explanation: Employee assist business units with analytics. Performs compliance audits and manages assigned programs with support from manager and director. Participates in event learning process. Delivers departmental presentations and updates.
Tasks are straight-forward, routine, and often repetitive.
Tasks are varied and fairly complex.
Assignments are quite varied and highly complex.
Explanation: Majority of tasks are routine, day to day activities, which relate to assigned programs. Organizes, participates, and sometimes lead event learning analysis. Understands how budgets fits into the overall corporate plan.
