Southern Company Service Coordinator in Stuart, Florida


We are looking for a reliable, organized, detail-oriented Service Coordinator in Stuart, FL, to dispatch service technicians, assist with monitoring activities within the Service Department, and to ensure the productive, efficient and safe activities of field services as directed.


  • Dispatch field resources. Assign service and repair work based on technician’s skill set.

  • Coordinate work-flow for all field service requests.

  • Field phone calls and respond to internal and external emails.

  • Open and review work orders to ensure timely completion of customer requests.


  • High School Diploma required.

  • Excellent customer support, follow up and service skills.

  • Dispatching / scheduling experience a plus

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ability to learn and work within Company ERP System.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of the generator or other service industry desired, but not required.

  • Ability to interpret field provided documents and service reports.
