JOB SUMMARY:

Provide Record to Report end to end process intermediate application support including Oracle Fusion ERP - Financials (General Ledger, Projects), Oracle Fusion EPM (ARCS, FCC, Smartview), Subledger Accounting Rules (SLA) and DRM: ensure stable/efficient operation of these critical enterprise applications by troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and supporting end users including access management. In addition, assist in maintenance and delivery of value-add initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide solution support including configuration, unit testing, controls execution for Oracle Fusion ERP - Financials (General Ledger, Projects), Oracle Fusion EPM (ARCS, FCC, Smartview) and DRM

  • Collaborate with end-users to understand their requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on system functionalities.

  • Analyze and resolve system defects to ensure system stability, accuracy, and data integrity.

  • Optimize system performance by identifying/implementing enhancements and best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.

  • Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.

  • Stay informed about latest features and functionalities of Oracle Fusion ERP - Financials (General Ledger, Projects), Oracle Fusion EPM (ARCS, FCC, Smartview) and DRM.

  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and optimizations.

  • Mentor and support entry-level members of the support team.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 3+ years experience in application support and troubleshooting, with a focus on Oracle Fusion ERP - Financials (General Ledger, Projects), Oracle Smartview, Oracle Fusion EPM (ARCS, FCC, Smartview) and DRM.

  • Working knowledge and expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP - Financials (General Ledger, Projects), Oracle Fusion EPM (ARCS, FCC, Smartview) and DRM.

  • Strong understanding of Record to Report end to end processes including allocations, general ledger accounting, preliminary financial statements, financial data, consolidation, hierarchies, reconciliations, and/or tax business processes

  • Proficiency in reporting tools like OTBI, business rules & process definition leveraging BPM.

  • Experience with system integrations and working knowledge of integration/middleware tools and technologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills proven by experience in troubleshooting system issues and performing root cause analysis.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with end-users and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion Applications or EPM modules a plus.
